Before I report this as a bug, could anyone else please test this. While playing any of the games within kpat, a core sticks at 100% cpu usage.
If I stop playing but keep kpat open it settles down again, until I move a card or deal another hand. I could upload a screenshot of htop showing this, but can't find anyway to upload it. ![]()

Start 'kpat' like this:
$ kpat 1>/dev/null 2>&1 --- And report it, nonetheless. |

Hi NoName..
Thanks for your reply. Starting kpat that way, dosn't resolve the issue, but it does cause the cpu usage to drop slightly & not stay as high for as long. It also doesn't seem to be invoking krunner as it does from the gui. So not solved but heading in the right direction. |

Settings → Enable Solver
Enable the automatic solving engine. When enabled, the solver will constantly try to determine whether the current game state is winnable. You may wish to disable the solver to conserve processor or battery usage. Show/Hide MenuBar: Control-m |

Thanks. That's the culprit. Turned off the solver & cpu usage back to normal.
