Can't disable Standby

Hey,
I would like to disable standby, but even when I have disabled and applied it it still goes into standby. https://imgur.com/a/alhtBFO

Also make sure you have locking disabled: System Settings -> Workspace -> Desktop Behavior -> Activation: Lock screen automatically after.

I usually set this first on a new install and forget to also turn off Hardware -> Power Management -> Energy Saving -> Screen Energy Saving.

Currently running KDE Neon 5.22.5 and 5.19.4 (with Windows 10 in a VM); migrated from Linux Mint 17.3
