Hello, I have 3 .sh files that i would pin to my panel so that i can easily restart Plasmashell, Kwin, and clear my swap each with a single click that i used all the time in Kubuntu 18.04 LTS. How ever when i brought those same sh files over to KDE Neon 1.15.x they no longer can be ran by clicking on them. i have confirmed that they are marked as executable and that they belong to my user and have even remade them (not copy and pasting) and even that doesnt work. if i do in a terminal ./plasmarestart.sh it works perfectly fine as it is supossed to how ever now i get a terminal window that i cannot close or it closes plasmashell. what is wrong with kde neon that you cannot execute .sh files just by clicking on them. this is causing me a great deal of grief as my .sh file to restart kwin is a nessesity for me as running the windows program HFS through wine requires kwin to be restarted once the program is going... and thats extremely hard to do when you cant click on anything. Please someone tell me how to fix this! i just ran kubuntu 18.04 LTS in a virtual machine and sure enough all 3 of my sh files work perfectly as expected but kde neon is just not working correctly. i dont want to have to uninstall kde neon and go back to kubuntu and deal with having outdated plasma software as i cannot find any way to run the latest rolling release plasma software on kubuntu

Edit:
Just discovered that it might actually be a problem with plasma as Kubuntu 19.04 uses plasma 5.15 and it also has the same issue
