With Canonical having plans to remove 32-bit support (including multilib) starting from 19.10 I was wondering what are the plans of the KDE Neon developers on giving users the ability to run 32-bit binaries (which includes Wine and a large amount of games).
Thanks in advance. |

I am also curious about this.
Things have gone very horrible fast since the announcement and both steam and wine changed focus from Ubuntu and searching for different distributions. And that even tho canonical changed their mind and said that they will just freeze the libs to ubuntu 18.04 versions and not remove them. That still is a no no to both Steam and Wine. https://blog.ubuntu.com/2019/06/24/statement-on-32-bit-i386-packages-for-ubuntu-19-10-and-20-04-lts https://twitter.com/Plagman2/status/1142262103106973698 |
