I use a Logitech K400 keyboard
After installing neon-user-20190627-1118.iso... a touchpad double-click no longer works!
This was working--as expected--up until this last update

Actually... this started with the updates just prior to neon-user-20190613-nnnn.iso
normally when I login... a double-click would focus the mouse input on the password input field
and I recall thinking--one day when that did not work--that something had changed
I was hoping that the 20190627 version would resolve this
I haven't checked but I'm guessing there's an old version of libinput
I had filed a bug report and a libinput--that eventually worked--made its way into 18.10
so... for now I'll hop over to Kubuntu... until neon catches up with the next LTS and those libinput fixes

And hey, double-clicks are so handy that when they're not working... I hear myself silently screaming, "I need... I need!"

And yes... Kubuntu--it's disco dude--is installed and does as is expected (for such necessary tasks)!

D@mm... who knew that Kubuntu--with backports--would be so much fun?
Kubuntu is at the same versions of neon KDE platforms but ahead--obviously--on the kernel
The interesting part--with this minimal install--were some surprises that I haven't seen on neon
Rats... I'm gonna update my profile...

Put a VM together--on kubuntu 19.04--with neon-user-20190704-1120.iso installed
Problem still there
also noted that telegram-desktop_1.2.17-1_amd64.deb--that used to work--no longer can be installed
something about a dependency of qtbase-abi-5-9-5 not being available

problem still there...

For now I'm content with Kubuntu and backports
next year when neon is using 20.04 I may be back...
