All I know for sure is that I'll be using my computer and it will suddenly freeze: the mouse stops moving and Ctrl+Alt+F1, Ctrl+Alt+F2, etc. do nothing. I can shut down using SysRq+B, but I'm not sure that even the whole REISUB sequence is working properly. I might have just had to add the permissions for that though, stay tuned.
Anyway the only common thread between all the issues is that I seem to be using either Inkscape or LibreOffice whenever this happens. I know both applications render in GTK+, but I did install the libreoffice-kde package so that it should be running in KF5 now. Either way, I'm thoroughly confused about why this is happening--especially since my computer is relatively new. I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad E585 with a Ryzen 5 2500U and 8GB of RAM. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
