Hello all!
I'm planning installation of KDE Neon as a dual boot with Win10. Now, I watched this YouTube tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2-Et_3MOYE - where the user installs Ubuntu and doesn't use any swap partition. I know swap file took over swap partition quite some time back. As KDE Neon is based on the latest Ubuntu release, my question is, can it be installed without a swap partition, too? I will be installing the latest LTS release. Thanks in advance! |

KDE Neon isn't based on the latest Ubuntu release but on the latest LTS, 18.04. Thus it uses a swap file instead of a swap partition which means that you can install it without a swap partition.
