After today's update and reboot:
Network would not come up.
Chrome Browser and many apps would not start, even from commandline.
TimeShift would error when starting gui as well as from comand line.

Used live usb, installed timeshift on the usb stick, and restored the snapshot from sda timeshift.
TimeShift is a great tool, saved my OS's life.

Snapshot was only a couple days old.
I create a snapshot after every time I do an update and use for a week or so.

I will wait a couple weeks before letting Discovery do any more system updates.
