Hello all,

because a bad bug in Clementine i would like to change to Amarok. But the player can't play anything. The player did not find the phonon backend. If i open the option directly from amarok, there are no devices to choose. But if i open phonon directly, everyting is there. Was there something changed with? What i have to do that amarok is able to play music again?
Using here KDE NEON 5.17.2

Very Thanks :)

Very Thanks

Hi boospy007! I hope you have liked Strawberry.

Although you have marked the thread solved, I'd like to mention another amazing music player. It's called Cantata.

Cantata is a feature-rich graphical (Qt5) client for MPD. It's really awesome. You might want to give it a try.

Thank for the info. I've installed the player too. Tested it. The idea to mpd is very fine. But miss some features like mediakey's, sometimes the playback is hanging a few seconds. QT5 is really nice, and the i cant use my library. It is on a sambashare, and it looks likes the program don't like this, so no library. ... yes some more eye candy will be also a good idea like visualization. So i give Strawberry the opportunity :)

Thanks :)
