This is my first post and I hope its on right place.

I'm using KDE for about 1 month and everything was working great until I plugged in another monitor.
After plugging in my second monitor, desktop effects (magic lamp, wobbly windows...), transparency and blur (Kvantum) didn't work anymore.

I've already restarted compositor, and that fixed my desktop effects.
I've tried to delete cache, but I didn't find all files - viewtopic.php?f=67&t=94807

My problem is that windows are not transparent and blured - like on this image

Even Kvantum manager is not transparament anymore.



Here is my neofetch, I'm using fully updated 5.17.2 plasma.
