How goes de machinery!!

I have a problem with my network card, finally i have been able to fix it with ethtool. The changes with ethtool are not persistent, so i need to launch in every start those commands. I did try to enable rc.local and lunch those commands from there, but rc.local isn`t very friendly with systemd so, any tips?

Driver
driver: r8168

Ethtool commands
sudo ethtool -s enp3s0 speed 1000 duplex full autoneg on && sudo service network-manager restart

Just in case anyone has a solution.

I downloaded de latest version of the driver and problem SOLVED!
