Hi guys,
I just bought a Lenovo IdeaPad C340 and an external monitor to use for work. However, the monitor is not working. It is running KDE Neon (Ubuntu 18.04) First of all, I tested the cable in another notebook and it worked. I tested the monitor in another computer and it is also working. My concern is that xrandr is not listing the HDMI port:
I had to change a few setting in the BIOS to the able to install KDE Neon. Could this be the issue? I have no idea of what to do next... |
