I'm currently in an up to date KDE Neon. After listening to Jupiter Broadcast talking about some KDE configs and theming (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34F_038G5pU) I played a bit with my desktop and installed a couple of themes. After going back and forth in the Settings I realized that installed themes aren't marked as "installed" and of course don't show up when filter for "installed".

It is not major issue, but wanted to give some feedback in order to help further polish an otherwise fantastic distro.
