Hello everybody, first time here, not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, if not then please point me in the right direction.
I installed KDE Neon on a flash disk and made a live disk, and used that to install KDE Neon permanently on a different disk. The weird thing is, I set the bootloader location to the permanent disk, however for some reason it ended up on my Windows disk. I'd like to get rid of GRUB from the Windows disk and move it to the flash disk instead (the point of installing it to a flash disk is so it's portable, I can use it on any PC). However, running grub-install from the live disk produces an error:
(Rewritten from memory, but the main idea is there) What can I do to get GRUB installed on my flashdisk correctly, without reinstalling everything? Thank you for your time. |
