Hi! First, thank you for great KDE environment. My favorite OS is KDE Neon, so great! However, I miss a tool to easily format a pendrive, like the Mintstick tool (Linux Mint). It could be an option of context menu when right click a pendrive icon at Dolphin file manager. It could be named like Kstick, for example. This could make the KDE desktop more attractive for Windows users. Thanks anyway.

You can install kde-partitionmanager with
sudo apt install kde-partitionmanager

mkusb is the answer.
