KDE 5.17.5, Framework 5.66.0, Qt 5.13.2, Kernel 5.0.0-37 generic. Full screen. No problem.
KDE 5.17.5, Framework 5.66.0, Qt 5.13.2, Kernel 5.3.0-26 generic. Not full screen. Only maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of screen used. Am not sure but presume the problem started after last update using pkcon. Updates are so regular I very rarely take much notice of the content. |

different kernel: this suggest you either have some kernel module that is not loaded correctly or one that is interfering.
Also check your graphic drivers, especially if you use an Nvidia card
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
