ok but before need DKMS...

DKMS

This driver can be installed using DKMS. This is a system which will automatically recompile and install a kernel module when a new kernel gets installed or updated. To make use of DKMS, install the dkms package.
Installation of Driver

Make sure you have a proper build environment and dkms installed.

where is dkms for hp ?

Do you have some linux compatible external usb wifi adapter available? If yes, connect using that and then download/configure the inbuilt wifi adapter...

HI!
To download dkms
https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/18.04/ubuntu-up ... l.deb.html
This worked out fine up ti kernel 5.3 but with kernel 5.4.* could`n installed this driver, i fixed it installing gcc-8
https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/18.04/ubuntu-pr ... 4.deb.html
and editing the make file of the driver and changing
CC = gcc
CC = gcc-8
