Wed Feb 12, 2020 11:41 am
Hi
How do I stop an app from bring updated ?
Specifically thunderbird, after the last upgrade I started getting login errors relating to ssl however using an older version works fine, Mozilla claim that its my ips's problem. But evolution works with no problems.
I would like to keep my old thunderbird, but ita a pain having to uncheck it in discover
Any thoughts
I used to run MInt and it was very easy

You can use a package manager program , such as Synaptic or Muon to 'pin' a package. There are also other methods to do this as well.
Discover does not have this feature as it is not a package manager.
