Is there a dependency problem with libqca-qt5-2? Last upgrade removed some important packages as kmail, okular, neon-all due to a unmet version of libqca-qt5-2: it is required 2.3.0 while 2.1.3 is installed.
This is the error message I get if, for example, I try to install okular from dev unstable: The following packages have unmet dependencies: okular : Depends: libqca-qt5-2 (>= 2.3.0+p18.04+git20200229.0106) but 2.1.3-2ubuntu2 is to be installed |

I also had a dependency problem after an update today (07/Mar/2020). I heavily use kdevelop and after the update today kdevelop was no longer installed due to a broken package kdevplatform55-libs.
Having looked into it more several KDE programs are missing, the most important for me being K-Mail and kdevelop. Today's update certainly seems to have broken a load of KDE programs. If I try to install kdevelop using apt, here is the result:
As you can see libqca-qt5-2 is mentioned. |

Looks like a newer version of libqca-qt5-2 (>= 2.3.0) is required but all that's available is 2.1.3-2ubuntu2 ?
The following packages have unmet dependencies. libkasten4okteta2controllers0 : Depends: libqca-qt5-2 (>= 2.3.0) but 2.1.3-2ubuntu2 is to be installed E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages. Any quick solution to this, I need to get kdevelop working again by tomorrow. |
