I bought a new T495 and installed KDE neon. As long as I use power supply it works perfectly.

a) When I detach the power cable, neon starts slowly, when loggeg in, it is laggy, and freezes after 1-2 minutes working with it.

b) During boot without power supply there is also an error message saying something about [Firmare Bug].

c) Also "Picture of the day / BING" does not load the background image. Geographic works.

d) The wifi symbol in the taskbar shows a red exclamation mark, but it works. wifif is slowly connected after a rebot, after a standby it connects immediately.

e) My Pixma TS6052 network printer is found and installed, but not printing.

Then I installed Ubuntu 19.10. Ubuntu works fine, no problems at all.

My machine:
