Hi,

I am trying out KDE Neon the first time (using kernel 5.3 generic).

I quite like the Plasma experience and the distribution, but every once in a while the system freezes cold and needs a hard reboot.

How can I try and figure out what might be the problem ?

My PC is AMD Ryzen 3 1200 paired with Gigabyte AORUS Elite motherboard (B450 chipset).

Are you running KDE Neon inside a Virtual machine environment or as your complete OS?
