Yesterday (29.04.2020) I installed an update that required a system restart. Then, with default start path, it booted to BusyBox (initramfs) console:
I found some possible fixes, unfortunately, the keyboard doesn't work on any USB port while in this mode, so the only thing I can do is to reboot.
Then, I managed to run OS successfully by going into Advanced options on grub dual boot screen, and choosing "neon GNU/Linux, with Linux 5.3.0-46-generic". What causes failure is choosing "neon GNU/Linux, with Linux 5.3.0-51-generic", which I assume is what default start does.
Do I understand correctly that 5.3.0-51-generic is Linux kernel version?
Loogs likes a problem with LVM in the kernel. Have you searched for bugs with this on Ubuntu? Have you reinstalled the kernel? And all other kernels are working fine right?
