Hi, my first post here. Before everything I want to say I love KDE, and to thank everyone for developing and contributing to this amazing project!

I've noticed there's inconsistency in the window menu between right clicking the title bar of a window and right clicking the task bar. Most of the menu items are in both, but what the task bar is missing "no border" toggle and move to screen. Is this something I can change or configure?

(Funny enough I've found another bug: I needed to install spectacle to take a screenshots of menus, the normal print screen doesn't work on menus)
