How to decrease vertical spacing in panel

Hi,

after upgrade to Plasma 5.19.0 (on KDE Neon 5.19, Frameworks 5.70.0) the vertical spacing of the widgets in the panel strangely increased.

I would like to decrease the space between the widgets right to the system tray like it was before the upgrade. I couldn't find anything in the System Settings or the Panel Settings.
Hope someone can help!
