Hello, I use a Logitech K810 Bluetooth keyboard and M337 Bluetooth mouse and have had a problem with them randomly disconnecting for ages. The only way I've been able to get them working again is to do a hard reset of my laptop. Sometimes it will be fine for days, or a week or more, and sometimes it will disconnect several times in a day. This problem isn't peculiar to one laptop either as I've had the same problem on two different laptops. Today I discovered that plugging a second portable hard drive into my computer makes the problem even worse. This is incredibly exasperating and I'm at my wit's end. Can anybody help?
