KDE Newbie here. I have been using Plasma LTS 5.12 on OpenSUSE and it had Advanced Settings for Icons. I was able to apply visual effects on icons (like hue, saturation, etc).
When I made the transition to KDE Neon (with the latest Plasma), I couldn't find the option (I was only able to change the icon size). Is this setting removed/moved somewhere else?
