bug one (not a big bug but why?):
every time i start pc (that's ok i think) or i start something with audio (like i'm reading a txt then i put some music or open youtube) i hear like a "thump" sound from the speakers, every time. in alsamixer from console i checked the automute to off (what is it?) but nothing change it's like the os is shutting down the sound card every time is not actively used, it's not a problem because my speakers are somehow low and not big, but what if i have some powerful ones? anyway this should not happen every time i play something after a silence. bug two: if i shut down the pc, the pc restart itself after like 3 seconds. i've not tried yet to disable wake on lan (dunno if i have it on or off in bios) but anyway with windows i don't have this problem. bug three: wine just doesn't works. i could add that discover looks like in an alpha stage but it's for another time. (i just use synaptic if i don't find something, and it happens A LOT) can someone help me? i don't want to give up right now but those are just bugs. |

These sound more like general Linux or Ubuntu bugs, not specific to Neon's Plasma packaging.
As for Wine, 'just doesn't work' means very little. Wine very often requires a lot of fiddling and tweaking to get some Windows software to run. If you are having problems installing wine, there are topics here on the subject.

means that if i install something with the label "stable" i think that i can just use it without any problem. so "kde neon" is stable? ok. i go to discover, search about wine in discover, i instal wine and winetricks and q4wine , and it just doesnt work, so what an user is supposed to do?
ok so why a forum about kde neon if any bug related about the system is someone else problem? |

Because wine is out of the scope of Neon, even if you can install it with discover. Please note, that KDE Neon is not a distro ! |

I had the same problem with the 'thumping' speaker. I solved it thusly:
As you rightly surmised, the system was turning off the sound card after a short timeout to save power, and when it turns back on upon demand... thump! |
