Has anyone else on Neon experienced issues with Google accounts in general?

In 5.18, I was unable to access Google Drives anymore; Dolphin would show this error when trying to open them:

In 5.19, I cannot add Google accounts anymore. After attempting to login, this occurs:


It would no longer progress beyond that.
