I have just installed KDE Neon in VMWare as a virtual machine inside of Win 10. When I click to open Dolphin, KDE Neon and VMWare crashes and shuts down. Any other software in KDE Neon seems to work fine-- Office software such as Kexi, Web browser such as Firefox, everything works fine. But if I click on any of the Dolphin-related icons such as the download folder, the home folder, or the Dolphin file manager icon, KDE Neon and VMWare immediately crashes and shuts down. Help with a solution will be deeply appreciated. I cannot do any work in this OS without a functioning file manager.
