I turned on Neon plasma 5.19.4 based on 18.04, the system reported that it has an upgrade to the 20.04 version. Start upgrade, at some point upgrade message: cant replace neon-keyring. The system upgraded for another 4 hours and finally announced that it had failed.

Neon-keyring is last version, when I try to install anything there is a problem of dependence between neon-desktop and neon keyrig. It says that the neon desktop needs to be configured and I don't know how

I did an upgrade of my second copy of Neon 5.19.4 based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The upgrade failed again. Now it reported that it can't payton3 upgrade, neon-keyring cant install. The first upgrade reported that it could not replace the neon-keyring. The point of it all is that I ruined both copies of Neon Linux. I am very disappointed because almost every upgrade does not work well for you.

I had a similar problem ever since upgrading to 5.20. Today I found what appears to be a fix at https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/other/update-error-lite-welcome/, the only difference being that the filename for my problem was home:stevenpusser.gpg rather than home:stevenpusser.asc.
