Hi i can't find the notification, so i tried to "force it" but do-release-upgrade gives out this code

what is the real site and how can I change it

This issue still persists when doing terminal logon. Has anyone filed a bug for it?

EDIT - It appears this error comes from the file located at /var/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/release-upgrade-available
Either remove the file or truncate it to remove the error message, e.g.:
