Sooo, after doing that update for the ubuntu base or whatever it was in KDE Neon, my Grub refused to load the usual menu with all my selections but instead booted into the command line. After several hours of my precious free time, I found out this:

And this:

So I copied the /boot/efi/EFI/neon/ to /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/ and now it works. Can someone explain to me how could something like this happen, if the devs are aware of it, and if doing this fixes the issue forever or if I will have to hit myself for 3 hours again the next time an update happens?
