Here is a quote of my question I posted, could not find any other spot but Plasma, since I am on KDE neon with plasma destop, but this is not a plasma issue.
My computer was working perfectly with the lastest version of KDE neon before 20.04. I was offered to upgrade, so I accepted. Left and came back, frozen on "29%" during "installing the upgrades". In the window: "Installing the chrome snap". What do I do, I don't want to risk crashing the whole system. The system still functions behind the box that is doing the update. It is not frozen. By frozen, I am referring to the installer that appears to be doing the upgrade. If I try to close it, it says if I do, it may crash the system, so I have not closed or shut down the computer. Need some urgent help. Thanks. |
