Neon glib error

Wed Sep 16, 2020 10:43 pm
Hi

I'm getting this error when running a program

/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found

i'm on focal but it appears glibc is stuck on 2.31 any idea when we will get glibc 2.32?

Which program, and from which sources?

glibc normally does not change, as it is one of the core libraries of the OS version. Many to most things risk breakage if it were to be upgraded, unless most every piece of the distro version is rebuilt against the new version, as I understand it.
