Hi! I'm running KDE Neon on a laptop with dual graphic cards: Intel and Nvidia GTX 1050. Today I tried installing Nvidia driver by following the instruction of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqFRNUnw748. I also run the command
Code: Select all
sudo nvidia-xconfig
, but the Nvidia app didn't work correctly, so I rebooted again only find out that many device drivers (wifi, bluetooth, audio, mouse pad, etc.) no longer working. I rebooted it again, and this time my KDE Neon failed to start. I fixed this startup failure by removing the Nvidia driver in recovery mode, but my other device drivers still aren't working. Since my WiFi isn't working and my laptop doesn't have an ethernet port, I can't try pkcon refresh && pkcon update. What should I do?

Sorry for jumping in, but I'm having a similar issue. Clean install, everything working until installing nvidia proprietary drivers with `ubuntu-drivers install`. After a reboot, I have no keyboard and no mouse. Unsure about wifi, etc. because I can't get past login screen...
