I'm using kde neon and the screen brightness goes down whenever the battery level falls below 10. I never adjust screen brightness to save battery. How do I disable this feature (i.e. screen brightness should stay to what I set it to)?

Directly in the Power Management section of System Settings. In the 'On Battery' and the 'Low Battery' tabs.
