Hi.
In my KDE Neon Testing Edition 20.4, the today update with Discover show this error : Fatal error: Error while installing package: trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/kcolorschemeeditor', which is also in package plasma-desktop 4. This happen both in Discover and in the manual update with pkcon. I'm on unstable and I didn't get this error. I suggest you wait a few hours and try again, I have had times when a partial update is available and dependencies aren't met because some of the software isn't in the repo yet, in my case it would say that packages were going to be removed, but after waiting a few hours for all the updates to be available, the remove message went away and the update worked.

It is a packaging error, and the error message is describing the problem - the package being installed has a file that exists in a different package you already have. It happens once in a while, and usually is caught and fixed fairly quickly.
You can wait a while and try again, or manually install the package to force it to overwrite the file, if you think it is safe to do. The error messages should give the full path to the the package, so it will be something like
