After I installed kio-gdrive in KDE Neon 2020, I tried to log in to my Google account under online accounts, but it won't let me do so as it takes me back to where it says "add new user." Is there any method into fixing this?

I don't know, I am using both openSUSE Leap 15.2 with Plasma 5.18 and Tumbleweed with the latest version of Plasma 5.19 and it works perfectly, by the way Tumbleweed is a new install, no problem with Kio-Gdrive, but you are sure you have it installed ? I don't know in other distributions, but in openSUSE, Kio-gdrive must be installed.
