I installed Wine in Kde Neon based on Ubuntu 20.04, Plasma 5.20.80 , Kubuntu 20.04 and Kubuntu 20.10, and in all three of them began to occur not only this problem, that Discover does not open (when I click it, the Discover window does not appear), but other problems such as that Chrome doesn't open properly either.
I uninstalled Wine and the problems disappeared.

Kubuntu after some updates, and after uninstalling and reinstalling WINE, no problem occurs.
In Kde Neon, on the other hand, WINE no longer works, but there is no problem with its installation either.
