I've got three sets of Bluetooth headphones, all from Primark, but each set is a different model. These models are called EE4057, PMK WIRELESS HEADPHONE, and Primark-WIRLSHP, according to my Bluetooth menus on Linux, as well as on my Android phone. Out of these three pairs, the Primark-WIRLSHP unit is currently phsyically broken so that I can't wear it, while the other two now refuse to connect either to KDE Neon or to Elementary OS.
According to help requests I've posted in the past, I was never able to connect the EE4057 headphones via Bluetooth to KDE Neon, only to Elementary OS and to my Android phone. As for the latest PMK WIRELESS HEADPHONE, I bought them while my KDE Neon was unbootable, and have only used it with Elementary OS and my Android phone. I have found at various times that I was unable to connect my headphones to either Linux distro while my phone was turned on, because they would quickly and automatically connect to my phone so I had to turn it off to connect them to my laptop instead. To cap it all, my laptop audio socket has now broken, so I can't even connect any headphones using an audio cable. Apart from this, I now find that I can't even connect either set of headphones to my phone either! This means I have no headphones which I can use with my laptop and I don't think buying yet another pair will help. How can I sort this out? |
