Hi All,
Both while using a KDE Neon 20.04 Live-USB pendrive and after installing it on an SSD it was not possible to connect internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi except once after many attempts. Subsequently it was no longer possible without having changed the settings.
The warning message is:
"IP configuration was unavalaible"
I don't think it's a hardware problem because with other operating systems (in multiboot environment) both Windows 10, Ubuntu, Elementary OS or Linux Mint, both Ethernet and Wi-Fi work well.
I couldn't find any valid suggestions despite having consulted many threads.
How can I solve the problem?
Thanks in advance

Update:
I didn't find how to fix the cause of the problem but I managed to get around it by configuring both the Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection using a static IPv4 address.
