I tried to install a software which depends on python3-pyside2.qtcore, but this package (and some other pyside2 packages) cannot be installed in KDE Neon 5.20.3.

Here is the full output.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 python3-pyside2.qtcore : Depends: libpyside2-py3-5.14 (>= 5.14.0) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

When I try to install libpyside2-py3-5.14 I get the following output.

$ sudo apt install libpyside2-py3-5.14

Both these packages are available in Ubuntu 20.04 (according to http://packages.ubuntu.com), so I was wondering what went wrong.

I know that I can install PySide from pip, but it has does not follow system themes (https://stackoverflow.com/q/52426437/3128341). That is why I want to install the apt version.
