![]() Hello everyone, I'm trying to install KDE neon (neon-user-20201224-0944) on my computer, with a live USB (flashed with RosaImageWriter-2.6.2-lin-x86_64) When I boot from the live USB, i quikly see "[0.532741] Initramfs unpacking failed: Decoding failed". Then, the KDE neon desktop is displayed. When I run "Install system", "Waiting for 1 module(s)" is displayed, and even after 5 minutes, nothing allows me to install KDE neon.
If anyone has a tip, that would be great. Anyway, thank you for reading, stay safe, and have a nice day. |

Hello!
In my case it was neon-user-20210401-0944... The same problem. Kowalsk!'s solution worked (thank you! ![]()
I'd like to add that out of all my HDDs/SSD it was necessary to unplug only my external (USB 3.0) Toshiba with NTFS. After the installation and booting from the SSD, Toshiba seems to be working fine (auto-mounted etc.). |
