I have been having this weird issue with multiple logins and firefox CSD. If using CSD firefox does not draw the titlebar and instead uses a unified tab/title bar.

When I login for the first time (no matter as which user) firefox renders everything correctly. However, for any subsequent parallel logins ff fails to draw the minimize/maximize/close buttons even though they are actually present and hovering over them shows the tooltips.

The scenario is as follows:
1) user 1 login - ff renders correctly
2) user 2 login - ff renders incorrectly
3) user 3 login - ff renders incorrectly
4) all users logout
5) user 2 login - ff renders incorrectly
6) user 1 login - ff renders correctly

Therefore firefox renders correctly for whichever user logs in first after booting and incorrectly for everyone else.

If anyone can provide a solution for this or has any idea as to why this might be happening I would be thankful.
