How to reset shortcuts to default?

Fri Jan 08, 2021 6:03 pm
I have just installed clear KDE Neon with Plasma 5.20.4. After few updates I can't use hotkeys Ctrl+Alt+T to launch Konsole.
I've tried change different settings of hotkeys and tried to create Custom Shortcut but nothing changes.

Also, others custom shortcuts not working too. For example, custom shortcut Ctrl+Alt+B to launch Firefox have no result.
Some shortcuts (Alt+Tab; Alt+F2... ) works properly.

Important notice: after removing folder ~/.config Plasma runs with default settings and all shortcuts works.
How I can reset only shortcuts? Or what files I need to restore in .config folder? (I have some important information from browsers, mail, setting ect.. in config and can not delete it completely.)
