How to get a nicer password prompt when decrypting the disk?

When I start the computer, the password prompt shows before Geub and it's so slow. Takes almost 10 seconds for GRUB to load.

I couldn't find the password prompt screenshot from Kubuntu. But it's almost the same, just with a different background and logo
