Hello. KDE Neon has recent versions of PipeWire and xdg-desktop-portal, but second one is built without support for PipeWire. Desktop portals + PipeWire is needed for screencasting and screensharing capabilities. So please consider rebuild xdg-desktop-portal with PipeWire support.
