Hello,

pressing ctrl+alt+k changes the keyboard layout, displays the layout in notification area and pop ups a notification in middle of screen with the new layout.
At least that's what it was doing on plasma/neon 5.20.
Now on 5.21.2 the layout does changed, the notification area also displays the layout BUT the pop up in middle of screen is gone.
Is this a bug?
Is there some other settings that I need to active to get back to popup in middle of the screen?
