Fatal error: E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. i have run the command but problem is not solved

switch to console (CTRL + ALT + F2), login and run the command 'dpkg --configure -a'

What exactly does the terminal report when you run the command? Did you use sudo with the command? Another command to use , before running the dpkg command again, is:
which will try to install missing things, such as those that did not get installed before, and are causing the error. It will also probably give more messages that may be useful to pinpoint what is going on
