I see that on KDE's website, they have the PGP data. The only place that I can find the SHA256 data for the .iso is on Princeton's website:
https://mirror.math.princeton.edu/pub/k ... .sha256sum

Where is the official SHA256 reference maintained by KDE? If none, why?

For user edition, start here: https://files.kde.org/neon/images/user/ and select the version directory - the file you are looking for is there.

Currently running KDE Neon 5.22.5 and 5.19.4 (with Windows 10 in a VM); migrated from Linux Mint 17.3
